Nine acres of open yard with stock stored outdoors, and a previous system that covered the gate and nothing else. We walked the boundary at night to find where the existing lighting actually fell before deciding where cameras could earn their keep.
Twelve PTZ units now cover the full perimeter with overlapping fields of view, so there is no fence line without a camera on it. Line-crossing rules run from dusk, auto-tracking follows anything that breaches the boundary, and the night shift gets a push alert with the live feed attached.
Since commissioning, the yard has had no unaccounted stock loss.
