A bare-shell fit-out on a fixed handover date, where the cabling had to be complete before the ceilings closed. We worked to the contractor’s programme rather than our own.
240 Cat6A points were run to desks, access points and camera positions, with a fibre backbone linking the two floors and the comms room. Racks were dressed and labelled to a scheme the client’s own IT team specified, so a future engineer can trace any port without a site visit from us.
Every point was certified with a tester and handed over as a documented results pack — not a verbal assurance that it all works.
