A villa cooling every room to the same temperature around the clock, including three bedrooms nobody used during the day.
We split the property into six independently controlled zones with smart thermostats, then set schedules matched to how each room is actually occupied. Energy monitoring was added so the owner can see the effect rather than take our word for it.
The first full summer after installation came in materially below the previous year on the cooling load, with no change to how comfortable the occupied rooms are.
