The client was running four buildings from four separate recorders, with no single view and no way to correlate an incident across sites. We consolidated everything into one purpose-built control room.
A nine-screen video wall sits at the operator’s natural sightline, driven by a central VMS that aggregates all 64 cameras regardless of which building they sit in. Alarm events promote the relevant feed to the main panel automatically, so the operator is looking at the right camera before they have finished reading the alert.
Recording is duplicated across two servers with UPS backup, so a power event on one floor cannot take the evidence trail with it. We trained the full shift rota before handover and still take their support calls directly.
